Picksheet

The picksheet looks something like what is shown below, but it will start with the Round 3 matchups instead of Round 1. Just click on a team to advance it to the next round. There are built in checks to make sure you don't miss a game or fail to enter a tiebreaker total. Pick confirmations (both emailed and on-screen) are provided. Picksheet

Example Settings

We have included below some example settings pages for the Pick-The-Bracket pool to give you an idea of how it works (please see our General Site Tour for features and functionality that is common to all pool formats on this website).

Round Values

The round value is normally the number of points you get for each win in that round. Some pools use other formulas for scoring (see below) that involves the round value, like for example, the round value * team seed = points.

* Pts/Win = Round Value if higher seed team wins.
To make the points per win equal to the seed times the round, select Option #2 above and set the round values equal to the round (e.g. 1,2,3,4,5,6).

Tiebreakers

Pick-the-bracket pool standings are always based on Points first. After points, you have several options for tiebreakers.

Pick Deadline

Once your pick deadline passes, nobody can enter or change their picks and the poolwide picks become available for everyone to see. If you are using the total points scored in the championship game tiebreaker, you can define when that tiebreaker needs to be in by too.
